3 Reasons to Learn Czech with Best School:

The best teachers! Our teachers are real professionals in their field. They have their own methodology that helps our students achieve rapid and effective progress in learning the Czech language.

The best methodology and individual approach!  Despite the fact that classes are held in a group, our approach is based on an individual approach. Each student has the opportunity to receive individual feedback from our teacher in order to make their learning process as effective as possible.

The best location! Our school is located in the very center of Prague – next to the Karlovo náměstí metro station (yellow line). From the windows of our classrooms there is a beautiful view of the embankment of the Vltava River.

How is the A2 level exam look like?

The oral part of the exam includes an interview lasting 15-20 minutes, consisting of 4 parts:

  1. The first part is answering 10 questions related to everyday topics.
  2. The second part is to participate in two image–based dialogues with the examiner (one in a formal setting, the other in an informal one).
  3. The third part is a monologue of 80-100 words in which you need to describe your actions in the past, based on the suggested pictures.
  4. The fourth part is a dialogue lasting at least 2 minutes, during which you need to choose one of the proposed actions and justify your choice. The examiner will ask questions, and your task is to defend your opinion in a reasoned manner, challenging his suggestions.

The written part of the exam consists of several sections:

  1. Reading (40 minutes): You are provided with a text with various tasks for reading comprehension. The answers must be written in a special form. After completing this section, a break follows.
  2. Writing (25 minutes): Includes two tasks. The first is filling out a questionnaire, the second is writing a letter based on 5 images. There is also a break at the end of this section.
  3. Listening (40 minutes): In this section, you listen to audio recordings of dialogues and monologues, and then complete the tasks by writing your answers in a form. After that, there will be a break again.
